A Haunted room...

I tried a little experiment with this clip art portrait: I cut out the eyes, put green paper behind, added a 'sharpie dot' for pupils, and voila! The optical illusion of the moving eyed portrait...

Arrgh!

Many attempts went in to this card! And I still would have liked to put more into it, but was afraid to make it too busy-looking. Definitely going to try one of these again....

Iris Folding...

The nice thing about iris folding is that it's a bit of a surprise when it's finished! They are taped down and worked from the back side, so even I don't really know for sure what they will look like until the end...

Attention Starved...

It wasn't enough for this basket to be made from the brightest greens out there - it had to have feathers, too!

Personalizing a card....

I offer personalization on almost all my cards. This card is an example of a card I sold without words and then added what the buyer wanted. You can see in the utube video what it looked like before I added 'Happy Birthday'. I've added anything from names to poems to announcements....

Like a Sunset...

These were such bright and cheery colors to work with! I really enjoyed making this one. Total work time: 7 1/2 hours...
