A Very Fairy Christmas

This is a repeat from last year, but I still enjoy making her. Not showing in the photo is theglitter on her dress and wings.

The Back Lit Card

Vellum certainly has some fine qualities! In this case I wanted the window cut-out to let the inside show through, but not the sentiment. The vellum lining is only secured at the crease, like a wedding announcement.

Piano Pop-up

Pop-up keyboards have been around awhile, but I've never created one before. This is really origamic architecture, meaning the keyboard was cut from only one piece of paper.

Chatterbox

We've had Picasso now for almost three months, and he talks all day long! It's been very easy to teach him new words and sounds as he tries to repeat everything he hears. We have to be very careful what we say around here lol.

Daisies on Birch

This aceo-sized woodburning was enhanced with oil pencil to give it a little bit of color.

Mini Pumpkins!

Just a little aceo-sized woodburning here, mounted to a note card so that it can be a mailable gift for an art card collector.

Squared Off!

I don't make too many baskets with corners, but here's a set of mini ones from a custom order.
